Vkei Fans

I decided to try and make an active group surrounding Visual Kei and other darker-themed J-fashion subcultures, since there are barely any on here. (to my knowledge)

On here you can discuss anything, from Music, bands, and Bandmen, to (where to buy) clothing and makeup, all the way to Visual Kei and lolita themed manga’s!

Now, if you just stumble across this and wonder what visual kei actually is, here is a handy little explanation (from the visual kei wikipedia):

“Visual kei,ヴィジュアル系 (lit. Vijuaru Kei), visual style or visual system, is a movement among japanese musicians that is characterised by the use of varying levels of makeup, elaborate hair styles and flamboyant costumes, often, but not always coupled with androgynous aesthetics similar to that of western glam rock (and gothic).”

On here i’ll make some introduction and informational threads, but feel free to ask questions, start conversations, share information and music, and anything else! As long as we all stay respectful towards eachother and the bandmen/artists.
