The Mission
This group serves as a haven for discussing theological teachings and topics in the Roman Catholic Church. The mission of this is to provide an avenue for reasonable dialogue amongst people of all faiths/denominations and a place to grow more in our faith with Christ as Catholics.Rules:
- Have a mutual respect for other users.
- Don't disregard legitimate questions that others may have even if you believe the question is dumb.
- When discussing, if applicable, use proper sources/citations from Scripture or the Catechism of the Catholic Church in order to thoroughly provide your point.
- ZERO TOLLERANCE of anything related to Satanism, Wiccan, Pagan, Luciferian, Chaos Magic, Black Magic, and Mysticism. Any anti-Catholic/Christian rhetoric will be swiftly banned. If you follow any of these things and have a genuine question regarding the Catholic Faith your questions are permitted as long as the conversation/topic remains mature, respectful, and dignified. (Trolls will not be tolerated)
- Everything on this page must be relevant to Catholicism
- Differing Political discussion that coincide with Catholic teaching is permissible but again please have mutual respect for one another.
- Discussions relating to LGBTQ and the Church's stances on it are permissible as long as all parties remain well mannered and mindful of the Catechism.
- People who follow other Christian Denominations (Protestant, Eastern Orthodox, Baptist, Anglican, Mormon, Presbyterian, Methodist, Non-Denominational, Evangelical) and all others are welcome on this page if they have well minded thoughts, opinions, or questions regarding the Catholicism. Same goes for other Abrahamic Religions (Judaism/Islam)
- If you have really deep questions regarding the Catholic faith that can't necessarily be described/answered on this page, please talk to a Catholic Priest.
