For viewers/chatters/lurkers who prefer a smaller, more intimate stream, as opposed to the huge mega-stars who are constantly spammed in the "Recommended For You" sections of said platforms.

To be considered 'smol', the streamer should have less than 1000 followers/subscribers on their respective platform.
