RULES
1. Have fun but don't be a ____
please exercise basic respect, friendly banter is fine but keep any personal beef private and outside the forum, no doxxing, callout posts, etc, you're adults. That doesn't mean you can't have fun but don't go around being insensitive. Tone tags are encouraged for friendly banter.
2. Keep your personal information safe
It's fun to meet new people, but don't go around posting bulletins containing your real full name, address, phone number, or any other sensitive data. Sharing socials is fine but if the account discloses any personal information please share directly to the desired individual. That being said, do not go posting or sending another individual's socials or information on their behalf
3. Be appropriate
Even though this is a 20+ group, it is still a public forum visible to others outside the group, please act accordingly to the guidelines and do not say anything you wouldn't want someone outside the group to see, it can and will happen.
4. Use standard text
Please refrain from using lingojam and other font generators. You are allowed to do so on your own profiles, blogs, and bulletins, but in the group, please refrain as it makes it harder to find/revisit/search for posts.
5. MEMBERS MUST BE 20 YEARS OF AGE
This should go without saying but you must be twenty years of age UPON JOINING, moderators will be checking individual profiles. Age must be presented or listed somewhere in bio or info, if a individual is found to not have their age listed, or underage, they will be removed from the group, if an individual's is under suspicion for being underage please contact a moderator and include the link to the individual's profile. If there is no evidence to be found and the individual is not actively causing disturbance in the group during a duration of no longer than two weeks, the case will be dismissed.

Suggestions and Ideas for what to post
1. Ask questions
Adulting is freaking hard and a lot of us don't fully know what we're doing, don't be afraid to ask for advice or help when life throws a curveball, maybe SOMEONE has an idea of how to handle the idea. Even as adults sometimes we need... adultier adults who know more about adulting...
2. Info Dump
Know a lot about some obscure or extremely specific topic? Write about it.
3. Music recommendations
Make a themed playlist and share it. We might do specialized posts where moderators decide on a theme and those willing can build a playlist accordingly
4. Reviews
Ultimately, the more choices we have in a world of consumerism, the harder it is to actually make choices, if you have used a product for a long time or have found a product you have tried is faulty or poor, share with others to help make informed decisions in their future purchases. If possible, please include the price, how long you've been using the product, how long the product lasts, and where you purchase it. Try to be respectful of where people purchase things, different financial standings will affect access to ethical sourcing
5. Recipes and food
Share your favorite comfort dishes and cooking advice, or just talk about something yummy you ate. Please share if you have any recipes that are good to make on a budget!
