This is a fan-made project called Blissful Entertainment, and it's all about creating a virtual world inspired by V-tubers and the awesome vibes of J-pop and Kpop!
Think adorable animated groups and soloists, catchy virtual songs, and all sorts of fun content like animated dance practices, lyric videos, mini 'album' previews, silly variety shows, and even parodies! It's all for creative fun, and since it's fan-made, it's totally free to join!
