Hello, this is a group for disabled people to connect, help each other out and make friends! Its really hard for us to find community and resources in most spaces so I made this group in hopes that it would help some people with issues of being relatively young but dealing with life altering disabilities. Welcome!!
RULES:
-All ages welcome
-All disabilities welcome, whether it be mental or physical
-Please do not use any flashing text, weird fonts or bright colors when making forum/bulletin posts as some people may not be able to read it.
-If your profile has a lot of flashing aspects going on, please put a warning at the start of each post so people with seizure disorders know not to click on your profile.
-No transphobia, homophobia, racism or general bigotry allowed.
-No slurs
-Be kind and respectful to everyone
-No joining for kink/fetish reasons, this isn't a space for you to sexualize disabled people
(more rules will be added as I think of them/if issues come up)
