HarborShift is a safe, calm, identity‑affirming support community for LGBTQ+ teens who need emotional support, conversation, and a place to breathe.
This group is monitored and guided by Arron J. Runnels, Founder of Prince Jade Nonprofit and a college student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Correctional Program Support Services.
My background includes 30 years in customer service, 25 years in management, and professional experience supporting youth through mentorship, housing, and crisis response.
HarborShift exists to give teens a safe space to talk, be heard, and feel protected.
