overall Angel Heart is for every Gyaru/Gyaruo, we will be open to anyone world wide to just keep in touch with all the amazing gals from around the world + we are more than glad to announce that we are not a restricted Gyarusa, meaning....that u can have any substyle and be a part of Angel Heart! currently Angel heart only has a Leader so im looking for someone I trust with the social role of being the Co-Leader! also please keep in mind that this is still a mess since this is my first Gyarusa ever :)
