A group of KISS fans, by KISS fans, for KISS fans! Whether you want to express your love for the iconic glam-rock band or want to learn more about them, this is the place to do it!
Please note that due to the nature of this band and its history, this group is 18+
Rules:
- Please be kind and respectful to others - This is intended to be a welcoming space for fans. That being said, bigotry or elitism of any kind is not permitted. Tag content warnings and possible triggers where applicable (i.e. sexual assault or domestic violence).
- Minors are strictly disallowed - As mentioned previously, KISS has a somewhat controversial nature. The content discussed in this group could potentially be not suitable for those under the age of 18. If a member is found to be underaged, it will result in a kick and potential ban for rejoining while underaged. You are more than welcome to join as an adult!
- Remain as topical as possible - It's understandable to want to discuss other bands that KISS shares a genre with, and sometimes conversation can flow to other bands and whatnot. This is perfectly understandable, but please try to keep off-topic discussion in places like DMs and personal bulletins
- Blatant disrespect towards band members is disallowed - With the exception of Mark St. John (ikyky - if you do not know, it is recommended you look into him to understand why he is an exception), being disrespectful towards any of the members of the band, past and present is not acceptable behavior. When discussing past and present actions of people associated with KISS, it is to be done in an objective manner. Real-person shipping also falls under this umbrella of disrespect. It oversteps boundaries, and it's important to remember that in discussion. Shipping of the characters/personas (Catman, Starchild, Demon, Spaceman/Celestial, Fox, Ankh Warrior) is, however, acceptable.
