Nagoya Shuffle (Nagoya-Kei Fan Club)
A group for fans of the Visual-Kei subgenre known as Nagoya-Kei. Will be editing this group more later, but feel free to join in the meantime. ^^

Nagoya-Kei is a Visual Kei subgenre that is difficult to define. It began in the 90's with bands like 黒夢 (Kuroyume) & Silver~Rose, and evolved into a complex and experimental concept with bands like Merry Go Round carrying into the late-90's. From there, some may say that those 90's bands are the only "true" Nagoya bands, but either way, a "2nd wave" of Nagoya-Kei began with bands like kein & Lamiel carrying on the worldview of their predecessors and taking the visuals and sound in all sorts of new directions... While many of those 2nd wave bands quickly disbanded, their members would go on to have extensive & influential careers across many bands... Some of the later bands formed by influential figures in Nagoya-Kei, regardless of their style, are also referred to as such, simply because of their connections & worldview (Lynch. being a major example...) Nowadays, many bands that defined Nagoya-Kei are still active or have since revived, so although it has changed extremely, the worldview remains!
Many Nagoya bands share deeply intertwined connections with each other! The name of this group comes from some statements on the scene made by Reo, a guitarist best known for leading kein, GULLET, and Lynch., who referred to the tendency for Nagoya-kei bands to change & share members frequently as the "Nagoya Shuffle" LOL. ^^
Please, feel free to discuss ANY visual kei bands here! But I encourage you to share and promote your favorite Nagoya-Kei (or Nagoya-Kei related) bands!!! They deserve lots of love!
