Roda, is indeed, a girl. She's referred as She/Her.
"Do the characters of Roda have genders?"
Roda confirmed in a community post of hers that all characters are genderless.
"What does Roda like being called?"
If I remember correctly, Roda likes being called Rodamrix, Roda, Rod or Bio.
