Stoicism Definition: the endurance of pain or hardship without the display of feelings and without complaint.

Stoicism is a philosophy that can be traced back to Ancient Greece. 

The four main virtues are wisdom, justice, courage and moderation.

People who follow stoicism are unaffected/indifferent when given joy, grief, pleasure or pain.
