this group is about people who like the Y2K aesthetic, or style, which started in the late 90s and grew out of pop culture in the early 2000s.Y2K - ITS MEANING
we will revive the aesthetic! the aesthetic should not be confused with bimbo or mcbling, which are quite different from Y2K. Y2K is retro-futurism in the hands of the 90s and the 2000s. it is what people in those decades thought how the future would be. i find it to be a very interesting and pretty aesthetic. a lot of music videos are based from that aesthetic, too!
